WYDZIAŁ INŻYNIERII PRODUKCJI I ENERGETYKI w Międzynarodowym Konsorcjum współpracującym na rzecz zielonej i cyfrowej transformacji rolnictwa w Europie!
W minionym tygodniu publiczno-prywatne konsorcjum złożone z uczelni, stowarzyszeń branżowych i przedsiębiorstw wspólnie złożyło wniosek o finansowanie w programie Horyzont Europa, w konkursie Widera ERA talents. Konkurs jest kierowany do Partnerstw z grupy krajów, które aktualnie otrzymują rzadziej finansowanie ze środków H2020, a ERA talents dedykowana jest przezde wszystkim rozwojowi talentów w Europejskim Obszarze Badawczym.
Pracownicy naukowi z Wydziału Inżynierii Produkcji i Energetyki URK wraz z PTIR i Partnerami zagranicznymi złożyli propozycję projektu pod nazwą "Building Research Excellence and Innovation Capacity in Widera Agriculture for the Twin (Green and Digital) Transition" akronim "AGReeD". Projekt ma na celu umoacnić współpracę między Partnerami i wesprzeć przepływ talentów między uczelniami a sektorem biznesu, zwłaszcza w kontekście rozwiązywania problemów, z jakimi rolnictwo mierzy się w czasie cyfrowej i zielonej transformacji.
Wyniki konkursu będą znane wiosną, ale już teraz konsorcjum obejmujące 11 instytucji z 7 krajów Unii Europejskiej, podejmuje działania mające na celu wspólne wspieranie rolnictwa w pokonywaniu wyzwań. Już 28 listopada planowane jest spotkanie przy wirtualnym okrągłym stole i dyskusja na temat wyzwań jakie przed rolnictwem stawia wdrażanie Europejskiego Zielonego Ładu. Faculty of Production and Power Engineering is a part of an international consortium that collaborates for the twin green and digital transition of agriculture in Europe!
Last week, a consortium of universities, professional associations and companies jointly submitted an application for funding under the Horizon Europe programme, in the Widera ERA talents call. The call is addressed to Partnerships from Widening countries, and ERA talents is dedicated primarily to the development of talents in the European Research Area.
Researchers from the Faculty of Production and Power Engineering within international consortium submitted a project proposal called "Building Research Excellence and Innovation Capacity in Widera Agriculture for the Twin (Green and Digital) Transition" acronym "AGReeD". The project aims to strengthen cooperation between Partners and support the flow of talents between universities and the business sector, especially in the context of solving problems that agriculture faces during the digital and green transition.
We are expecting the call results in the spring of 2025. Meanwhile, the consortium, which includes 11 institutions from 7 EU countries, is already taking action to jointly support agriculture in overcoming challenges. A virtual roundtable discussion will be held on 28th Nov. by one of the Partners. It will strengthen our ongoing cooperation and allow all interested parties to learn about different perspectives on the challenges for agriculture. The roundtable discussion will embrace viewpoints from several European countries and different backgrouds, such as farmers associations, farmers, researchers.
